BURLINGTON TRAILWAYS TICKETS
Burlington Trailways can only process tickets that printed with Burlington Trailways at the top of the actual ticket.
To determine if a ticket is a Burlington Trailways ticket, please refer to the Ticket # at the bottom of the ticket. If this number begins with 134, it is a Burlington Trailways ticket. If the ticket is not a Burlington Trailways ticket, please contact the company where the ticket was purchased (Trailways.com, Greyhoud, Wanderu, etc.) regarding their current refund policy.

ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES
All online ticket purchases are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified), non-transferable and the origin, destination and routing cannot be changed. You must specify your travel dates on both the one-way and round-trip portions of your trip.
If you have purchased a refundable ticket, refunds are eligible up to the date and time of your scheduled travel date. Tickets must be received by a Burlington Trailways representative on or before your scheduled departure date and time listed on the ticket.

Ticket refunds will take 4-6 weeks to process after the scheduled departure date.

Please Note: All terms & conditions still apply to any refund requests that are mailed. Burlington Trailways must receive your ticket before the date and time of your scheduled travel date listed on the ticket to be eligible for a refund.
