I have nothing but good to say about Burlington Trailways. Buses are always clean, and the attention those drivers give their passengers is AMAZING!!!!, specially the ones from Omaha and then to Muscatine. Way to go guys. And the girls at the Depot, they were just one of a kind. Thank you all so very much for making my trip from Omaha, Nebraska to Muscatine, Iowa a more enjoyable one. God Bless You always, and allow you to give the same great service i received, to many others as well.Junior ColónAMAZING!!!!
They are the best, all transportation services need to send their drivers to whatever program Burlington goes to, buses are great, drivers are so pleasant, and their customer service is outstanding!!!! My driver on bus 1489 was just wonderful, it's just not enough words to express how great Burlington makes me feel when I ride their buses!!!! Thank you Burlington you are appreciated!!!!!Michelle Cookie Mckissic-SellersCustomer service is outstanding!!!!
A big THANK YOU for the 3 bus drivers that took the Ft. Madison High School Marching Band to Memphis TN to perform in the Liberty Bowl. We were on a very tight schedule for 4 days with many appearances. They made sure we arrived safe and sound and ON TIME! Not an easy task with over 100 of us. A special thank you to Terry of bus #3, you were absolutely wonderful.Nannette Hingst GriffinA big THANK YOU
Took Burlington Trailways from Davenport, IA to Des Monies (was heading to Springfield MO) and than took Burlington Trailways again from Des Monies to Davenport, IA. Was my first time ever taking a bus trip. I thought the driver was really helpful with helping me as it was my first time.Angel Nicole Pawlik

After riding buses all across this country I found the trip I took from Indianapolis to Burlington on board Trailways bus was the best experience ever. The coach was clean and was extremely comfortable. Add to that our driver was courteous and treated us with compassion and respect. Definitely made this the best trip everShane Acree
Bus driver from Chicago, Fran Waller, is extremely nice and kind. She gives clear instruction and stop details. She makes sure the kid passengers are sitting properly and secured. She counted numbers of passengers....amazing. The bus 68247 is clean and the wifi is strong. Great experience!Piamlarb Natrujirote
