Burlington Trailways reserves the right to refuse service. In reference to CDC guidelines during this national state of emergency, Burlington Trailways may refuse service at our bus, bus terminals, or agencies to individuals that exhibit consistent and severe fever, cough, shortness of breath, skin rash, bruising or bleeding without previous injury, persistent diarrhea, or is obviously unwell.
By choosing to travel with Burlington Trailways, this is your acknowledgement that you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against Burlington Trailways and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing the company’s services and premises. It also acknowledges that you further understand that this waiver means you give up your right to bring any claims for and including personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including, but not limited to, claims of negligence and give up any claim you may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
