E-TICKET LOCATION – Tickets must be purchased online for travel on a Burlington Trailways bus. This ticket can either be presented as a mobile boarding pass, or may be printed and presented while boarding the bus.

24-HOUR ADVANCE PICKUP NOTICE REQUIRED – Customers MUST call Burlington Trailways 24 hours in advance to ensure a stop at this location. Please Note that purchasing an E-Ticket does NOT guarantee the bus will stop.

FULL SERVICE – Locations that have a ticket agent present. Customers may purchase tickets in person at full service locations or have baggage processed. Other services such as freight, restrooms and waiting area’s may be available but vary by location.

PURCHASING TICKETS AT NON-DEPOT OR CLOSED LOCATIONS
Any passengers intending to buy tickets at a non-depot location or any locations temporarily closed for ticket sales must pay in cash; have exact change when paying drivers. Change will not be provided by drivers. Credit cards and/or debit cards will not be accepted. Ticket price is subject to change until the ticket is actually purchased and a confirmation number received.
