Baggage Tags

All under bus baggage needs to have a baggage tag. This will also be your ID tag.

Baggage tags should include your name, address and most importantly your telephone number so we may contact you if we locate your bag, but can’t find you. It’s a good idea to put ID tags on the inside of your bags as a back-up. All tags should be legible.

EVERY BAG NEEDS A TAG

If you’re bringing bags to place under the bus, you will need to see a Trailways agent for a tag. If you’re getting on the bus at a location with no staff, you’ll need to ensure the driver puts your baggage under the bus until you arrive at the next transfer point or are directed by the driver to take the bag for proper tagging.

Overweight & Excess Baggage

Bags overweight? No problem! You can ship excess or overweight baggage through our Package Express shipping program. To ship a package, bring it to the ticket counter at any one of our stations offering Package Express Services and a customer service representative will process your shipment. Please check the Depot Locations and Maps Tabs for detailed information for each location. Hours vary by location.

You can read more info about this service and it’s policies by clicking here.
